• Monday January 24th – All together opening ceremony. Welcome speech (Italian Erasmus coordinators, Liceo Corradini Headmistress), Orchestra Crescere in Musica (short chamber music concert), Liceo Corradini school video and introductory video of the Italian 7 participant students, Partner school videos (presentation of each school and introductory videos of the seven participants from partner country). Presentation of the decision-making system in each town.

• Tuesday January 25th – All together: briefing and division into groups. GROUP WORK: Groups 1-6 work on the resolution (text + ppt); group 7 works on the documentation. Coordinators meeting ALL TOGETHER: briefing and information on the next day’s activities.

• Wednesday January 26th – All together: briefing and division into groups. GROUP WORK: Groups 1-6 work on the resolution (text + ppt); group 7 works on the documentation. Streaming of a video sent by the Venetian Regional Authorities: Venice and climate change – A resilient city. GROUP WORK: send resolutions.
• Thursday January 27th – All together: briefing and division into groups. GROUP WORK: preparation of the feedback on the written resolution received from another group. Presentation of resolutions and online voting. Closing words and final greetings.
